My Work

I partner with educators and leaders to bridge systems, beliefs, and practices across general and special education, removing barriers and building agency for inclusive and equitable education grounded in Compassion, Curiosity, Creativity, and Collaboration.

Experience

With nearly two decades as a teacher, counselor, principal, special education director, and associate superintendent, I specialize in building inclusive systems and resolving challenges with creativity and equity. As a bridge-builder, I work to dismantle obstacles and pave inclusive pathways for students, educators, and families.
